By accessing or using the EmpowerHope Foundation website, making a donation, or participating in our outreach initiatives, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Donation Terms & Fund Allocation
All donations made to EmpowerHope Foundation are voluntary and charitable gifts. Funds contributed to specific projects (such as Girl-Child Education, Widows Support, Youth Empowerment, Environmental Safety, or Healthcare Access) are directed to those initiatives. Any surplus or unrestricted contributions are allocated to our General Fund to support high-priority community emergency needs.
Refund Policy
Due to the charitable nature of our work, donations are generally non-refundable once disbursed to field programmes. If a transaction was made in error or charged duplicate times, please notify us within 7 days at finance@empowerhope.foundation with your transaction reference.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, photographs, text, videos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of EmpowerHope Foundation unless otherwise credited. No material may be reproduced without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. EmpowerHope Foundation is a registered non-profit with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC registration: IT/123456).
