• Donor Information: Name, email address, phone number, and optional personal messages provided during donation or volunteer registration.
• Transaction Data: Donation amount, target initiative, payment reference, and timestamp. We do not store full debit/credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
• Technical Data: Browser type, device characteristics, and anonymized access logs to maintain website security.

3. Payment Security & Third-Party Processors

All financial transactions are processed securely through Paystack Payments Limited, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Your financial data is encrypted and handled exclusively by Paystack in accordance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to issue donation receipts, communicate field updates, facilitate volunteer assignments, and provide governance reports. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial marketing.
